In Part 3 of our series on the History and Evolution of Hot Yoga, I share my personal journey from a Hot Yoga student to most senior teacher under Bikram Choudhury.
Join me as I recount the early days of practicing Bikram Yoga in Los Angeles, my move to South Florida, and the opening of my first Hot Yoga school in 1983.
I'll also discuss how I became Bikram Yoga's most senior teacher, and the experiences that shaped my path in the world of Hot Yoga.
I don't often share my personal life on social media, but I wanted to take a moment to honor our beloved Simba, a 14-year-old Yorkie, who passed away last month.
